How to increase the bearing capacity of non-woven bags

Jun 29, 2022

1. From the cloth, the weight of conventional cloth is from 75 grams to 100 grams. To improve the bearing capacity of non-woven fabrics, the first thing is to increase the thickness of its cloth (that is, the weight);

2. In terms of materials, the raw material of non-woven fabrics is polypropylene. In the process of manufacturing non-woven fabrics, some enterprises participate in calcium carbonate or recycled materials, and the quality of non-woven fabrics depends on the participation of calcium carbonate or recycled materials. The percentage of the fabric tension will be good if you participate in less, otherwise the fabric tension will be poor if you participate in more;

3. From the handle, the width of the handle is generally 2.5cm. To improve the bearing capacity of the non-woven fabric, the width of the handle can be appropriately increased, and the width of the handle can be increased to 3cm or 3.5cm. Strengthen the sewing at the barge position, such as strengthening the reverse stitch, and hand-pulling the fork;

4. From the bottom of the bag, auxiliary materials can be added to the bottom of the non-woven bag to enhance the bearing capacity, such as cardboard or PVC rubber sheet at the bottom of the bag;

5. From the bag design, the bag can be designed with one main piece and two organ pieces, so that the side can increase the load-bearing capacity of the bag.

The general non-woven bag has a load-bearing capacity of about 5kg, but through various details to improve the quality of the non-woven bag, its load-bearing capacity can reach about 10kg or higher!
