The cost of printing plate making is high, and the plate making fee is related to the area and number of colors of the plate; the printing cost is only proportional to the size of the printing area, and the peritoneal process is suitable when the number is large and the printing area is large.
Process advantage: all patterns can be printed, with a minimum quantity of 5,000 pieces
Scope of application: unlimited.
Machine printing: The thickness of the printing ink or glue is thinner, and the cost is slightly lower than that of screen printing. It is inconvenient to use this process for many printing contents.
Process advantage: low printing cost and fast production speed
Scope of application: The printing content has no gradient or achromatic printing, and the printing effect of dark printing on light-colored fabrics is better.
Heat transfer printing: This printing can print patterns, there are plate-making costs and printing start-up costs, and the printing cost is proportional to the size of the printing area.
Process advantage: all patterns can be printed, and gradient colors or color patterns with a small area are suitable for this process.
Scope of application: All patterns can be printed, and the minimum quantity is relatively high, generally 5000 pieces.
