Apr 06, 2023

Introduction to the process requirements of non-woven bags covered with film:

1. Lamination:

When compounding the film, pay attention to whether there are air bubbles and the compound is not firm.

2. Loading and cutting:

Each set has a white line, and the error should not exceed 1-5 mm when loading and cutting.

The wrinkled small area of each piece cannot exceed 2 places.

When making the plate, there are two fork boxes on both ends of each plate, which are exactly where the hand straps are placed.

3. Strap:

When ironing the lifting belt and sewing the lifting belt, it must be placed correctly, with an error of 1-2 mm. When making ordinary non-woven bags, there is no fork box, but a standard must be found. The lifting belt is sticky and ironing, and the length of the lifting belt is 45 cm, the cloth is not less than 70 grams.

4. Starting line:

The error of 3 cm of the folded edge should not exceed 1-2 mm, the distance between the upper thread and the folded edge should be 2 mm, and no jumpers are allowed. It must be back stitched at the beginning of the sewing and the upper lifting belt.

5. Close side:

When wrapping the edge, the needle distance on the girdle is 1 cm and 5 stitches. When wrapping the girdle, the distance between the lines and the edge of the girder is 1-2 mm. The color should be the same as the color of the front of the bag, the thread should be the same as the color of the perimeter, and there should be no openings. After closing the bag, check it again.

6. Fold it up:

The process of stacking the bag is very important. As a standard inspector, check whether there is a thread, whether there is a break in the edge of the bag, and whether the strap is good. All the standards must be checked.
